    In rare cases, display or transmission errors may occur at the carrier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In such cases, it is worth waiting another 24 hours to see if the status changes (total waiting time 48 hours after dispatch).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    We use DHL for shipping within Germany and for international shipments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You will automatically receive your shipment number by e-mail as soon as your order has been dispatched. Also check your spam folder if you can’t find an e-mail. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

    Yes, delivery to a Packstation in Germany is possible with DHL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Changing the delivery address is only possible for customers registered with DHL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    As the customer, you can usually use the shipment number to select the drop-off location or a neighbor as the recipient via the DHL website or app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Simply call up the shipment tracking<\/a> and adjust the drop-off location.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

    My parcel was supposedly delivered but has not arrived. What can I do? <\/h3>\n<\/summary>\n\n\n\n

    If your parcel has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please follow this procedure:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Check the drop-off location:<\/strong> Sometimes the parcel is left in a safe place (e.g. outside the front door) or with a neighbor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Contact DHL:<\/strong> Visit the DHL website or call customer service and report the incident. You will receive further support there. DHL: My parcel has been delivered, but I have not received it.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3.       Please take photos of the damage to the parcel and the goods – both from the outside and the inside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If the goods are undamaged, we do not need to open a case with DHL. Just let us know that only the packaging is affected. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

      My parcel has been delivered to the parcel store but has not yet arrived. What do I do now? <\/h3>\n<\/summary>\n\n\n\n

      DHL usually informs you by postcard or in the app as soon as your parcel is ready for collection. However, this may take a day longer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      This is because the driver often does not deliver the parcels to the store until the next working day and the store needs some time to register the consignment number in the system. Therefore, please check the status again one day later. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n
