They include all price components, including any applicable taxes such as VAT. For cross-border deliveries, additional taxes (e.g., in the case of intra-community acquisition) and/or duties (e.g., customs duties) may be payable by you in individual cases, but not to the seller, rather to the competent customs or tax authorities in the respective country. The incurred delivery and shipping costs are not included in the purchase price; they can be viewed on the “Shipping & Delivery” page, will be shown separately during the order process, and must be borne by you in addition.

- Invoice: The payment period is 30 days from dispatch of the goods/ticket/or, in the case of other services, the provision of the service.
