Prices, shipping costs and delivery information

Orders are shipped by our shipping partner DHL to your desired address. The shipment takes place on working days (Monday – Friday) usually within 24 hours after the order and receipt of payment.

The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value added tax and other price components.

We also deliver to DHL Packstations.

The flat rates for shipping

All prices incl. Value added tax

The flat rate shipping fee is [specify value of flat rate shipping fee] Euro. The flat shipping rate includes the statutory value added tax. Since the VAT on the shipping fee is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g., if books are purchased). This means that the shipping fee can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it cannot become higher in the process, but only lower in your favor.

For our Swiss customers: Via MeinEinkauf.ch you can store in our store easily, at low shipping costs and above all WITHOUT customs duties.

Proceed as follows:

1. Simply register at www.meineinkauf.ch. Here you will receive a personal “firstname.surname@meineinkauf.ch” email address.
2. With the personal “firstname.surname@meineinkauf.ch” email address you can now order in our online store.
3. Place your order in our store using your personal “firstname.surname@meineinkauf.ch” email address.
4. As shipping AND billing address please use only: MeinEinkauf GmbH Maybachstrasse 19, D-78467 Konstanz. In addition to the address MeinEinkauf GmbH, please also pay attention to your payment method and the billing and delivery address provided there.
5. All order and shipping information will be automatically forwarded from your “firstname.surname@meineinkauf.ch” email address to your private email address. The MeinEinkauf.ch team will stay informed about the status of your order so that it can be sent to your address in Switzerland as quickly as possible. You can then view the status of your order approx. 48 hours after receipt on www.meineinkauf.ch under “My orders”.
6. You pay for your ordered goods directly in our store. You will then receive a separate invoice for the service fee from MeinEinkauf.ch with your goods.
