Absolutely, that’s exactly what the Outdoor cover is built for. It’s waterproof and protects against moisture, snow and road salt all winter long. The ventilation openings at the mirrors let moisture escape, helping the paintwork and chrome get through the cold season in good shape. If your bike is kept in a dry garage, the Indoor cover is enough.

Clear water and a soft sponge are all you need. This keeps the cover’s coating intact. Afterwards, let it air dry while hanging. Washing machines and fabric softener are not compatible with the coating. You’ll find suitable cleaning and impregnating products in our shop.

Reinforced lock openings are built into the cover at the front and rear, by the wheels. Simply thread an ABUS lock through them, ideally one with an alarm. This way, the cover and the bike become one unit. Anyone wanting to get to the VR6 Classic has to open the lock first.

No, wait until all parts are hand-warm before using the cover. Otherwise, hot headers and exhaust systems can damage it. With the large-displacement six-cylinder engine, cooling down takes a bit longer. Your bike should also not be wet from rain or washing, so let it dry first.
