Terms and conditions for the MYCOVER Instagram & Facebook Giveaway
1. Subject of the terms and conditions and organizer
1.1.
The MYCOVER Protection GmbH, Dahlenburger Landstraße 179A, 21337 Lüneburg, Germany (“Organizer”) is holding a giveaway on the social media platforms Instagram and Facebook (“Giveaway”).
1.2.
The giveaway is promoted via the Instagram accounts @mycover_protection and the Facebook account mycover.protection.
1.3.
The giveaway is not affiliated with Meta Platforms Inc. (Instagram/Facebook) and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Meta. The contact person and responsible party is exclusively the organizer.
2. Giveaway period
2.1.
The giveaway will take place from December 14, 2025, 00:00 to December 28, 2025, 23:59 (“Giveaway Period”).
2.2.
The organizer reserves the right to prematurely end or extend the giveaway period for important reasons.
3. Eligibility
3.1.
All natural persons aged 18 and over with residence in the European Union or Switzerland are eligible to participate.
3.2.
Employees of the organizer and persons involved in the implementation of the giveaway are excluded from participation.
3.3.
Participation is only permitted once per person. Multiple entries will lead to exclusion.
4. Participation in the giveaway
4.1.
Participation takes place exclusively during the participation period by:
- Liking the giveaway post
- Following the Instagram account @mycover_protection
- Commenting on the post by answering the question:
“Which motorcycle did you end the 2025 season with?”
4.2.
Participation is free of charge and not tied to a purchase.
4.3.
By participating, the participant accepts these terms and conditions.
5. Prizes
5.1.
The following prizes will be awarded:
- 1st place:
- 1x ABUS 8087 motorcycle lock (Color: Blue)
- 1x MYCOVER Motorcycle cover (Size selectable)
- 1x ABUS stand plate
- 2nd place:
- 1x ABUS 8077 motorcycle lock (Color: Blue)
- 1x MYCOVER Motorcycle cover (Size selectable)
- 1x ABUS stand plate
- 3rd place:
- 1x MYCOVER Motorcycle cover (Size selectable)
- 1x ABUS stand plate
5.2.
A cash payment, exchange, or transfer of the prize is excluded.
5.3.
The winners are responsible for any taxation of the prize that may be incurred.
6. Determination of winners
6.1.
The winners will be determined on December 29, 2025 by random selection among all valid entries.
6.2.
The draw will take place without public participation.
7. Winner notification
7.1.
The winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message or Facebook message.
7.2.
The winners must confirm the prize within 7 days of notification.
7.3.
If no feedback is received within the deadline, the prize claim expires and a replacement winner will be drawn.
8. Shipping of prizes
8.1.
The prizes will be shipped free of charge.
8.2.
Shipping is limited to the European Union and Switzerland.
8.3.
The organizer is not liable for delivery delays or loss in transit, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
9. Exclusion from the giveaway
9.1.
The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the giveaway in the event of violations of these terms and conditions, attempted manipulation, or false information.
10. Premature termination or changes
10.1.
The organizer reserves the right to change, interrupt, or prematurely terminate the giveaway at any time for important reasons (e.g., technical malfunctions, legal reasons).
11. Data protection
11.1.
The personal data collected as part of the giveaway will be processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting and processing the giveaway.

12. Final provisions
12.1.
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
12.2.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
12.3.
Recourse to the courts is excluded.
